Shipping Policy
We’re so excited to pack up your happy mail! Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your order ships.
Processing Time
Each order is lovingly packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (unless otherwise noted). During busy seasons, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
- Packages are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order’s journey.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery (after processing):
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 2–4 weeks (depending on customs and carrier)
These are estimates — delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary, especially during holidays or due to carrier delays.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, we can’t control delays or loss during transit. If your package hasn’t arrived after a reasonable time, please reach out to us — we’ll do what we can to help track it down or file a claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@isabells-umbrella.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it right away and make sure you’re happy with your order.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We’re not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
