Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
We want you to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- In the same condition you received them
Custom or personalized items (including commissioned artwork) are not eligible for return.
To start a return, please email hello@isabells-umbrella.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to show on your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different design, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. We’ll help arrange an exchange or guide you through placing a new order once your return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other worn accessories are final sale. Sale items and digital downloads are also non-returnable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us right away with a photo so we can make it right!
